Personalization: Put your baby's name on the toyUpdated a year ago
Riff Raff Baby are currently offering personalization on our plush toys. Personalization can only be purchased at the time of ordering at a cost of USD $10.00.
Our personalization is actioned using HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl). This is NOT cotton embroidery.
The service has a character limit of 12 letters and can be selected in 5 different colors. Metallic Silver, Rose Pink, Sky Blue and Barbie. The entire 12 characters can only be printed in one color. Spaces between names count as characters. Alternating colors are not available.
Metallic Gold has now been discontinued.
The Font we use is Architects Daughter and the letters sit 1.5 inches high on the blanket. Please see a sample of the font attached below. We recommend the regular combination of capital at the beginning of the name, with the following letters in lowercase as shown by the word 'Penultimate' but you can select all uppercase letter as shown by 'SCHADENFREUDE' if you wish to.
T&C's in relation to personalization
1. Due to the uniqueness of every babies name, spell checking is YOUR responsibility. Spelling is such a sensitive topic for some and we are no longer able to follow up if we think something may be incorrect due to a typo. We will cut and press what is on the order which will mean no exchange or refund will apply to your pal if you have typed something incorrectly. So please check the spelling before finalising your order
Important: Due to the permanent nature of HTV any purchase of a Riff Raff sleep toy that is personalized is excluded from 'change of mind' returns policy. The plush toy and your sound box are of course still covered through our normal warranty policy.
2. The Personalization vinyl on your pal is not covered by warranty. Please see our Washing and Caring Guide to ensure the longevity of the name.
3. Please note that we do not issue replacements for change of mind on how the font looks so please choose wisely.
Shipping Personal Pals-
Our team dispatches all Personalized pal orders Monday to Friday (except Federal Holidays).
Personalized Toys are shipped from Australia. Current transit estimates to the US is approx. 7 - 10 Business Days.
We cannot be held accountable once the package is in the postal network nor for their management of parcels.
