TAKE THE SOUNDBOX OUT FIRST!
When designing these guys we knew they would be used under some punishing conditions so they are completely machine washable. We recommend the following to keep them looking their best:
- Cold or warm wash only (avoid hot)
- Wash separately or use a delicates bag
- Can be tumble dried to bring back the fluff - warm only and by itself
If your pal is personalized, please only line dry only to prolong the life of the vinyl.
Care and maintenance of the pal falls into the customers hands once the pal is in your home. We encourage you to regularly check both your toy and sound box so that it continues to be a safe product for your child to use as intended.
